 What? _ 102 Contemporary artists," produced by 

Neonchocolate Gallery.

Many thanks to Uwe Neu and Oliver Thoben, the curators of the gallery in Berlin, for including my work in this fantastic compilation. The book offers a personal snapshot of artists that they feel represent the Berlin art scene, showcasing the work of both established and up-and-coming contemporary artists based in Berlin.

It's worth noting that "Berlin What? _ 102 Contemporary artist" has received high praise from various publications, including INTERVIEW and Vogue magazine Germany.

DPI Magazine: Art Quarter vol 2 Meticulous Art II / Taiwan

I was so excited when my friend handed me a package I had been eagerly waiting for. Last year, I was contacted by Fran Chen, the Editorial and Creative Director of DPI Magazine, to contribute to their latest edition, Meticulous Art Vol II.

DPI Magazine is a respected art publication from Taiwan that showcases a wide variety of incredibly talented artists.

DPI Magazine has been in publication since 1988 and has established itself as one of the leading art and design magazines in Asia. Over the years, it has become a prominent platform for showcasing the work of both emerging and established artists from around the world.

My artwork Anacridium was  selected  months ago for the cover of  Contratiempo magazine for their issue "El Cuerpo" .

Revista contratiempo is the premier Spanish-language cultural and literary publication in the Midwest and one of the finest in the country. 

The publication is distributed mainly in the Chicago Public libraries, Latin American consulates, and cafes located in the Chicago metropolitan area. Each month, the magazine covers a different topic that affects the Latino population.

I just picked up the latest issue of Kult magazine, it's beautiful as always. I have a drawing inside called Andromeda for the theme fortune even if my inspiration wasn't exactly this kind of fortune.

The world is full of wealth and poverty, all with their common pursuit of wealth. Be it in the ostentatious sense or in a spiritual sense, we all believe fortune can be good and bad. From superstitions and horoscopes to gambling on the stock exchange, fortune touches our lives everyday, whether we are in control or not. When there is good luck, there must surely be bad luck. Some don’t believe in luck or chance, but they can’t deny fortune.

DazedDigital 1971 T-shirt Design Competition

About the DAZED competition,  I didn’t win, but it was a great experience to be involved. My design landed in the top 50 worldwide out of over 600 entries and 30,000 votes. It was a thrilling ride, and I’m grateful to have been part of it.

To celebrate Reiss's new capsule collection Dazed have launched a t-shirt design competition calling for illustrators to interpret the brief "1971".

For Reiss, launching their new capsule collection line of denim, 1971 Reiss, was not about being nostalgic about the seventies. We've taken inspiration from that and have partnered up with Reiss to launch a t-shirt design competition that is asking you to interpret the brief "1971" in the most original way possible. 

We're looking for illustrators that can take the idea of "1971" as a mere starting point, from which they can go in any direction you want. All illustrations submitted will immediately be put forward for public vote. The top ten designs with the most votes will be judged by a panel of experts from Reiss and Dazed. 

Two winners will be chosen to have their t-shirt designs produced as part of a limited collection that will be launched during London Fashion Week as well as winning £500 worth of Reiss vouchers.

Reiss Launch Party

Reiss and Dazed Digital joined forces to launch the new 1971 Reiss collection and what better way to do it than a party! Held in the flagship store Barrett Street, London, there was live music by 'We Have Band' and DJs including 'Golden Silvers' 'Lou Hayter (NYPC)' & 'Bip Ling', drinks, goodie bags ...there was even a hotdog van!
